selamat pagi ("good morning" in indonesian) serves up fresh, seasonal, traditional and inspired indonesian dishes, 7 nights a week, with brunch on weekends.
the kitchen uses local grass fed, sustainable and organic meats, seafood and poultry, organic eggs and produce, with a strong focus on awesome vegan and vegetarian dishes as well. expect to taste lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, galangal, tumeric, coconut oil and lots of chili.
the selamat pagi team is led by general manager and executive chef taylor vaught.
selamat pagi was opened in the fall of 2012 by the team behind van leeuwen artisan ice cream.
